Vase with Pink and Orange Flowers - Original Painting by Meghan Borah

A woman crouches inside a vase, a bird rests gently on her back, and flowers rise above her in bloom. In Vase with Pink and Orange Flowers, Meghan Borah brings these unexpected elements together in a dreamlike scene that rewards a second look.

In this series, Borah explores the idea of nature emerging from the feminine form. The relationship between figure, vessel, bird, and flowers leaves room for curiosity rather than a fixed interpretation. Details such as the woman’s elegant shoes add another note of surprise, inviting you to follow your own associations through a world shaped by imagination and intuition.

Created in 2022, this work is oil on canvas stretched over panel and measures 14 by 11 inches. Display it on its own or part of a triptych as shown in the store right now.
